Who I Am
Leuaina Vaai
Lived multilingual experience across Samoa, New Zealand, the Pacific, and France — brought directly into high-trust professional coaching.
I was born and raised in Samoa for my first thirteen years — Samoan was my first language, my first world. At thirteen I moved to New Zealand, navigating English through high school and university before building a career that has taken me across the Pacific, through international organisations, and now to France, where I live and work today.
I speak Samoan, English, and French. This is not language learning as theory. It is language learning lived over decades, across three continents, in real professional environments.
I am not an English teacher. I work with professionals who are already intelligent, credentialled, and capable — people who think clearly but feel the gap when they need to perform in English under pressure.
That gap, between who you are and how you come across, is what LVC closes.
What I bring
Cross-cultural range, lived multilingual experience, and professional sensitivity to what changes under pressure.
What I do not do
Accent imitation, generic conversation practice, exam preparation, or beginner-level grammar courses.
What this work is
Pattern recognition, real-time coaching, language precision, and helping your professional presence match your actual capability.
The Foundation
The Vā Principle
“Your background is not a deficit. You bring a richness to English that monolingual speakers simply don’t have.”
Voice
Not a borrowed version of authority — your own.
Listening
Listening for nuance, power, and register.
Language as Culture
Working from strength, not deficit.
Presence
Clarity that changes how you are heard.
